| 【摘要】 随着社会文明的进步和生活节奏的加快,心理因素和社会因素越来越受到人们的关注,医学模式也由"生物医学模式"转变为"生物-心理-社会模式"。消化性溃疡属于典型的心身疾病,与焦虑、抑郁密切相关.消化性溃疡的发病率和致死率越来越高,已成为消化系统最主要的疾病之一。实验研究表明,抗抑郁药可以在不同的溃疡模型中产生抗溃疡活性。本文通过综述抗抑郁药的抗溃疡机制,为消化性溃疡的治疗提供参考。 |

| With the progress of social civilization and the acceleration of the pace of life, disease related psychological factors and social factors attracted more and more attention. The medical model changed from the " biomedical model" to the " biological -psychological - social model" . Peptic ulcer is a typical psychosomatic disease closely related to anxiety and depression. The prevalence of peptic ulcer was rising and had become a significant public health concern. Recent studies showed that antidepressants can produce anti - ulcer activity in different ulcer models. This article reviewed the anti - ulcer mechanism of antidepressants and attempted to provide a more sufficient theoretical basis of peptic ulcer treatment. |
