| 【摘要】 目的 探讨颈椎病患者的生活质量及其影响因素,为提高其生活质量提供参考?方法 选取2016年 1月 -7月在临沂市精神卫生中心住院的颈椎病患者100例为患者组,同期选取 100名健康体检者为对照组?采用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)?A型行为类型问卷(TABP)?患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)?广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)?匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)对其生活质量?心理状况及睡眠情况等进行评定?结果 患者组 SF-36各分量表评分及躯体健康(PCS)?精神健康(MCS)总评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均 <0.01)?逐步回归分析显示,影响颈椎病患者躯体健康的主要因素为:睡眠质量?职业?吸烟?生活事件?行为类型(β=-0.521?0.248?-0.170?-0.169?0.156);影响颈椎病患者精神健康的主要因素为:睡眠质量?职业?焦虑症状(β=-0.371?0.214?-0.202)?结论 颈椎病患者生活质量较差,其影响因素包括睡眠质量?职业?吸烟?生活事件?行为类型和焦虑症状? |

| Objective To investigate the quality of life of patients with cervical spondylosis and its influencing factors, and to provide references for improving their quality of life. Methods 100 inpatients with cervical spondylosis ( patient group) and 100 cases of physical examinees ( control group) in Mental Health Center of Linyi from January 2016 to July 2016 were enrolled. All the subjects were assessed with 36 - Item Short Form Health Survey ( SF - 36) , Type A Behavior Pattern ( TABP) , Patient Health Questionnaire - 9( PHQ - 9) , Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale ( GAD - 7) and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index( PSQI) . Results Scores of SF - 36subscales, PCS and MCS in the patient group were lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 01 ) . Step - wise regression analysis showed that the main factor affecting physical health of patients with cervical spondylosis were sleep quality, occupation, smoking, life events and behavioral type ( β = - 0. 521 , 0. 248, - 0. 170, - 0. 169, 0. 156) . Sleep quality, occupation and anxiety symptoms were the main factors affecting mental health of patients with cervical spondylosis ( β = - 0. 371 , 0. 214, - 0. 202) . Conclusion The quality of life in cervical spondylosis patients is poor, and is influenced by multiple factors, such as sleep quality, occupation, smoking,life events, behavior type and anxiety symptoms. |
