      目的 探讨团体心理辅导对新入职护士工作压力、焦虑抑郁情绪及应对方式的影响,为改善其心理健康状况提供参考。 方法 选取自贡市第四人民医院2018年新入职护士94名,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各47名,两组均采用常规培训法,研究组在此基础上再进行8次系统的团体心理辅导。于辅导前后采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、中国护士工作压力源量表(CNSS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对两组进行评定。 结果 团体心理辅导后,研究组CNSS时间分配及工作量、管理及人际关系、总压力源评分均低于辅导前,且低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);研究组SCSQ中积极应对评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 团体心理辅导可能有助于减少新入职护士焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻工作压力,提高积极应对方式。

      Objective To explore the effect of group psychological counseling on working pressure, anxiety, depression and coping style of newly recruited nurses, and to provide reference for improving their mental health. Methods A total of 94 newly recruited nurses from Zigong Fourth People's Hospital were selected, and they were divided into the study group (n=47) and the control group (n=47) by random number table method. The two groups adopted conventional training, based on this, the study group received group psychological counseling for 8 times. Before and after counseling, all the selected subjects were assessed by Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), Chinese Nurses Stressor Scale (CNSS) and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ). Results After group psychological counseling, the scores of time allocation, workload, management and interpersonal relationship, and total pressure source in CNSS were decreased in study group, and lower than those in control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05 or 0.01). The SAS and SDS scores in study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.01). The positive coping style score in study group was higher than that in control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Group psychological counseling for newly recruited nurses may alleviate anxiety and depression status, reduce working pressure and improve positive coping style.
