| 【背景】 心理咨询和治疗实践的蓬勃发展日益凸显出临床督导的重要性，临床督导效果需要进行科学评估，然而国内目前没有可供统一使用的评估工具。 【目的】 对督导评估和督导胜任力量表（SE-SC）进行中文修订和信效度检验。【方法】 对42位正在从事临床咨询工作并接受督导的咨询师与其47位督导师所进行的529次督导使用SE-SC和自评问卷进行督导效果评估。【结果】 量表题总相关相关系数在0.657-0.839之间（all ps < 0.001）；量表总分和自评帮助程度、满意度均达中等及以上的显著相关(r=0.752; r=0.769)，具有良好的会聚效度；使用对照组法进行校标效度检验，发现注册督导师比实习督导师有显著更好的督导效果；聚类分析结果发现SE-SC具有六个聚类结构。量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.975，各分量表的Cronbach’s α系数在0.821-0.962之间。【结论】 中文版SE-SC具有良好的信效度，可以作为测量中国心理咨询师临床督导效果的有效工具。 |

| Background The vigorous development of psychological counseling and treatment practice has increasingly highlighted the importance of clinical supervision, and the effect of clinical supervision needs to be scientifically evaluated, but there is currently no assessment tool available for uniform use in China. Objective This research aimed at developing the Chinese version of Supervision Evaluation and Supervisory Competence Scale (SE-SC) and testing its validity and reliability. Methods 42 native Chinese-speaking counselors were recruited online to complete the Chinese version of SE-SC. Their supervisors include 38 internship supervisors who are currently receiving supervisor training and 9 mature supervisors with rich supervision experiences. After each supervision session, a single supervision evaluation was conducted using the Chinese version of SE-SC, and a total of 529 supervision evaluation data were collected. Results The Chinese version of SE-SC has good differentiation of all items as well as acceptable convergent validity. The clustering analysis results support six clustering structures (openness, care and support; goal orientation; supervisors’ professional level and the ability to promote the professional growth and development of supervisee; supervisors’ attention and support to self-awareness and self-care of supervisee; supervisors ‘attention to ethics and social culture; the implementation of scientific methods and work principles in professional practice).The Cronbach’s α of the Chinese version of SE-SC is 0.975. Cronbach’s α for each subscale ranges from 0.821 to 0.962. Conclusion: The Chinese version of SE-SC has good reliability and validity and it can be used as an effective tool for measuring the clinical supervision effectiveness of Chinese psychological counselors. |
