| [目的]构建适用于精神科封闭式病房护理质量评价指标,为各级精神专科、综合医院医院封闭式精神科病房在护理质量管理及评价上提供最基本的、标准化、可量化的依据。[方法]根据生物社会心理的医学模式,以“要素-环节-终末”质量评价模式为理论基础,结合文献资料、研究小组成员专业知识和临床经验初步拟定质量评价指标,通过两轮德尔菲专家函询对精神科封闭式病房护理质量评价指标进行修正和确定,利用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行统计分析。[结果]本研究构建的精神科护理质量评价指标最终包括3个一级指标、9个二级指标、46个三级指标。两轮德尔菲专家函询中专家积极系数均为100.0%,专家权威系数分别为0.845和0.864,专家协调系数在在0.119～0.210(P<0.01)。[结论]基于德尔菲法构建的精神科封闭式病房护理质量评价指标具有科学性、可信性,可进一步通过临床运用验证其实用性,在推广中促进精神科封闭式病房护理质量的提升和持续改进。 |

| [Objective] To construct the evaluation index of nursing quality suitable for closed psychiatric wards, and to provide the most basic, standardized and quantifiable basis for nursing quality management and evaluation in closed psychiatric wards of psychiatric specialties and general hospitals at all levels. [Methods] According to the medical model of biological social psychology, based on the quality evaluation model of "element link end", combined with the literature, the professional knowledge and clinical experience of the research team members, the quality evaluation indexes were preliminarily formulated, and the nursing quality evaluation indexes of the closed wards in the Department of fine arts were revised and determined through two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence. [Results] The evaluation indexes of psychiatric nursing quality constructed in this study finally included 3 first-class indexes, 9 second-class indexes and 46 third-class indexes. In the two rounds of Delphi expert correspondence, the expert positive coefficient was 100.0%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.845 and 0.864 respectively, and the expert coordination coefficient was 0.119 ~ 0.210 (P < 0.01). [Conclusion] The evaluation index of nursing quality in psychiatric closed wards constructed based on Delphi method is scientific and credible. It can further verify its practicability through clinical application, and promote the improvement and continuous improvement of nursing quality in psychiatric closed wards. |
