      背景 抑郁已经成为影响大学生身心健康的公共卫生问题。急性应激反应是抑郁的风险性因素,探索急性应激反应与抑郁的关系及作用机制,对预防和干预大学生抑郁情绪具有重要意义。目的 探讨急性应激反应与大学生抑郁的关系,并分析反刍思维的中介作用和领悟社会支持的调节作用,为预防和干预大学生抑郁提供参考。方法 于2020年3月—4月,采用整群抽样法,选取湖北省、江西省和广西壮族自治区的三所高校的1355名大学生为研究对象。采用急性应激反应量表(ASDS)、反刍思维量表(RRS)、领悟社会支持量表(F-SozU)和抑郁自评量表(PHQ-9)进行评定。使用Pearson相关分析考查各量表评分的相关性,采用宏程序Process 3.3分析反刍思维在急性应激反应与抑郁之间的中介作用以及领悟社会支持的调节作用。结果 共回收有效问卷1303份,有效问卷回收率为96.16%。Person相关分析结果显示,ASDS评分与RRS评分和PHQ-9评分均呈正相关(r=0.528~0.665,P<0.01)。中介作用分析结果显示,反刍思维在急性应激反应与抑郁之间起部分中介作用,效应值为0.273(95% CI:0.222~0.328),占总效应的68.59%。领悟社会支持在中介效应的后半路径中起调节作用(β=-0.004,P<0.01)。结论 大学生反刍思维在急性应激反应与抑郁之间起部分中介作用,领悟社会支持在反刍思维与抑郁之间起调节作用。

      Background Depression has become a public health concern that affects the physical and mental health of college students. Acute stress responses is a risk factor for depression,exploring the relationship and mechanism between acute stress responses and depression is of great significance for preventing and intervening depression in college students. Objective To explore the relationship between acute stress responses and depression,and to analyze the mediating role of rumination and the moderated role of perceived social support,so as to provide reference for the prevention and intervention of depression in college students. Methods From March to April 2020,a sample of 1355 Chinese college students in Hubei Province,Jiangxi Province and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region were selected using cluster sampling method. All students were subjected to complete Acute Stress Disorder Scale(ASDS), Ruminative Responses Scale(RRS),Brief form of the Perceived Social Support Questionnaire(F-SozU)and Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9). Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between the scores of each scale.The macro program Process 3.3 were used to analyze the mediating role of rumination between acute stress response and depression, as well as the moderated role of perceived social support. Results A total of 1303 valid questionnaires were collected, with an effective recovery rate of 96.16%.The results of Person correlation analysis showed that ASDS scores were positively correlated with RRS socores and PHQ-9 scores(r=0.528~0.665, P<0.01).The path analysis results showed that Rumination played a partial mediating role between acute stress responses and depression,with a mediating effect value of 0.273(95% CI:0.222~0.328),and the mediating effect accounted for 68.59% of the total effect. Perceived social support played a moderated role in the in the latter half of the mediating effect of rumination(β=–0.004, P<0.01). Conclusion Rumination played a partial mediating role between acute stress response and depression in college students, and the perceptive social support played a moderated role between rumination and depression.
