| 目的 探讨出院准备度评估对于首发精神分裂症患者出院后康复情况的影响。方法 选取2016年10月-2017年3月在四川省精神卫生中心住院，符合《国际疾病分类（第10版）》（ICD-10）精神分裂症诊断标准的首发精神分裂症患者，按照入组标准纳入研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组患者均接受奥氮平治疗4周及以上，对照组由医生评估后下达医嘱办理出院，观察组由医生评估后下达出院医嘱，再对患者进行出院准备度量表评估达到标准后办理出院，两组患者均在出院后1月、出院后6月，出院后12月，分别进行电话回访或门诊随访的方式了解出院后康复情况。结果 观察组出院后1月满意度及出院后6、出院后12月康复情况均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对于首发精神分裂症患者，通过出院准备度评估，可以判断患者出院后进一步康复的能力。 |

| Objective To investigate recovery situation of discharged first episode schizophrenia patients, who had been applied Discharge Readiness Scale (DRS). Methods Chose first-episode schizophrenic patients admitted in Sichuan Mental Health Center from Oct.-2016 to Mar.-2017, according to standards to select proper candidates as research objects, divided them into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group by using random grouping method. Both group patients were giving olanzapine for four weeks or more. The control group patients would be discharged from hospital after doctors had evaluated patients and given prescription. The observation group patients would only be discharged from hospital when doctors evaluated the situation, gave prescription and also DRS measurement reached criterions. Two groups of patients were going to receive follow-up telephone interviews and outpatient consultation after one month, six months, and twelve months to evaluate recovery conditions. Results The observation group patients have better recovery situations than the control group patients in one month, six months and twelve months (P<0.05). Conclusion The usage of DRS can help to estimate further recovery capability of first episode schizophrenia, which will be good for long-term recovery tasks. |
