      出血性脑卒中是一种对脑组织损害严重的疾病 ,在全世界范围内造成了沉重的公共健康负担,因其治疗手段有限,治疗效果欠佳,故该病具有高致残率、高死亡率等特点。骨髓间充质干细胞在移植后具有能定向分化为神经元并旁分泌神经营养因子等功能 ,成为了治疗脑出血的新的选择。本文就骨髓间充质干细胞治疗脑出血后功能障碍进展做一综述。
英文摘要:
      Intracerebral hemorrhage is a devastating disease of stroke, which has become a worldwide public health burden.Being lack of effective treatment method , the disease is characterized by high disability rate and high mortality.Bone mesenchymal stem cells are capable of differentiating into neurons directional and paracrine neurotrophic factors after transplantation ,which has became a new choice for treating Intracerebral hemorrhage. This review aims to elaborate the Bone mesenchymal stem cells in treatment of neurological dysfunction after intracerebral hemorrhage.
