目的 探讨“线上+线下”(互联网络服务+面对面服务)心理干预方式对新冠肺炎隔离人员焦虑抑郁的改善情况,为重大传染性疾病疫情期间心理干预方案的制订提供参考。方法 选取2020年2月4日-29日在绵阳市定点隔离医院进行隔离观察的22名隔离人员为研究对象,采用“线上+线下”干预模式进行为期2周的心理干预。于干预前、干预第1、2周末采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表24项(HAMD-24)评定隔离人员的焦虑、抑郁状态。结果 干预1、2周末,隔离人员HAMD-24和HAMA评分较干预前低,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论 “线上+线下”相结合的心理干预方式对隔离人员焦虑、抑郁情绪缓解明显。 |

Objective Explore the combination of "online + offline" (referring to Internet services and face-to-face services) to improve the anxiety and depression of the isolation personnelof the novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) and provide a reference for the next step of the psychological crisis intervention of the COVID-19. Methods 22 isolation personnel who were isolated and observed in a fixed-point isolation hospital in Mianyang were selected as the research subjects during February 4 to February 29, 2020 . The "online + offline" intervention model was adopted for psychological intervention for 2 weeks. The anxiety and depression symptoms of the isolation personnel were assessed using the Hamilton Anxiety Scale item (HAMA) and the Hamilton Depression Scale-24 item (HAMD-24) at the baseline and the 2nd, 4th week of intervention. Results At the 2nd, 4th week of intervention,HAMD-24 and HAMA scores of the isolation personnel were lower than before intervention(P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of "online + offline" psychological intervention can significantly relieve the anxiety and depression of isolated people. |
