      目的 分析父母效能成长团体对子女情绪行为问题的影响,以及对父母本身焦虑、抑郁水平的作用效果,以评价该成长团体的实用性及不足。方法 前瞻性队列随访研究 ,以方便采样 的方法纳入2017-2018年参与华西医院心理卫生中心父母效能成长团体的家长34名。使用儿童长处与困难问卷(SDQ)评估子女情绪行为问题,宗氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及9项患者健康问卷(PHQ-9)评估家长的焦虑抑郁水平。家长共接收5次理论授课+5次体验活动的团体辅导课程。对参与成长团体前后上述问卷的评分进行配对对比分析(t/M检验),评估本团体的效果。结果 父母参与成长团体前后,其子女在SDQ的情绪因子、品行因子以及亲社会因子得分 [(4)/3(3)、3.41±2.05/2.79±1.55、4.91±2.61/5.65±1.98]对比分析有统计学差异(P<0.05 ) 。父母自身的SAS及PHQ-9前后评分[4(6)/3(4)、38(8)/33(9)] 对比分析有统计学差异(P<0.05)。 结论 参与父母效能成长团体后,子女的情绪、品行及亲社会行为方面表现出了一定的改善,而同伴关系则未能观察到显著变化。同时家长的焦虑抑郁情绪也有所减轻。

      Objective To get investigate into the advantage and disadvantage of parental efficacy training group through comparison analysis on children's emotion, behavior and parents’ anxiety and depression level. Method A prospective follow-up study was conducted on 34 parents who were recruited into parental efficacy training group of the Mental Health Center, West China Hospital from 2017 to 2018.Children's emotional and behavioral problems were assessed with the children's strengths and difficulties questionnaire (SDQ). Zung's Anxiety Self-Assessment Scale(SAS) and the 9-item patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9) were used to assess parents' anxiety and depression. A comparative analysis of the scores of the questionnaires above between before and after training group was applied to verify its effect. Results The scores of emotional factor, conduct factor, prosocial factor before/after training were [(4)/3(3)、3.41±2.05/2.79±1.55、4.91±2.61/5.65±1.98 ](P<0.05 for all). The scores of SAS and PHQ-9 before/after training were [4(6)/3(4)、38(8)/33(9) ](P <0.05 for both). Conclusion After parental efficacy training, the kids exhibited improving on the emotion, conduct, and pro-society factors of SDQ. The social skill of children was not found improved significantly in our research. Anxiety and depression level of parents decreased as well.
