| 阿尔兹海默病(AD)是威胁全球老年人健康和生活质量的主要疾病之一,也给社会带来严重的医疗和经济负担。随着社会老龄化的加剧,且缺乏针对AD的有效疗法, AD逐渐成为一个不可回避的问题。因此,寻找和确定发病危险因素,对人群可控的发病危险因素进行干预,是当前的重要任务。影响AD发病的危险因素很多,涉及生物学、社会学等范畴,各种因素相互影响,共同决定着人群发病风险,这些因素中可干预部分主要涉及对血管危险因素的管理、饮食、运动、认知训练等方面。 |

| Alzheimer"s disease (AD) is one of the major diseases, which threats the health and quality of life of the global elderly , and imposes a severe medical and economic burden on the whole society. With the acceleration of aging process in global society and the absence of any effective treatment, Alzheimer"s disease is becoming an unavoidable problem. Hence, It is of important task to find and identify the risk factors of Alzheimer"s disease and prevent the modifiable risk factors in the population. There are many risk factors coming down to biology and sociology that affect the onset of AD, and they interact with each other and jointly determine the degree of risk in the population, of which the modifiable part mainly involves the management of vascular risk factors, diet, exercise, cognitive training etc. |
