| 本文目的是对《国际疾病分类（第11版）》（ICD-11）和《精神障碍诊断与统计手册（第5版）》（DSM-5）这两套诊断系统中躯体症状及相关障碍诊断标准的异同进行了比较。躯体症状及相关障碍的临床特征是有显著的躯体症状，造成了明显的功能损害和痛苦。本文通过探讨躯体症状及相关障碍在两套诊断系统中的异同，希望提高精神医学工作者对相应内容的掌握。 |

| The purpose of this paper is to compare the similarities and differences between the diagnostic criteria for somatic symptoms and related disorders in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11) and the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5). The clinical features of somatic symptoms and related disorders are prominent somatic symptoms that cause significant functional impairment and suffering. This paper discusses the similarities and differences between the two diagnostic systems in order to facilitate mastery of the corresponding content. |
