| 近年来诸多研究表明深部脑刺激（DBS）对难治性抑郁症（TRD）存在潜在疗效，本文对国际上开展的DBS技术治疗TRD的前沿进展进行综述，以期探索该技术的治疗机制、作用靶点及临床疗效，总结当前DBS治疗TRD的局限性，并预测未来深部脑刺激治疗难治性抑郁的发展方向，为国内开展相关实验提供事实依据，推动该技术在精神科领域的应用。 |

| In recent years, plenty of studies have shown that deep brain stimulation (DBS) has potential efficacy in the treatment of treatment-resistant depression (TRD). This paper reviews the worldwide progress of DBS in the treatment of TRD, in order to explore the therapeutic mechanism, targets and clinical efficacy of this technique, summarize the limitations of current DBS in the treatment of TRD, and predict the development direction of DBS in the treatment of TRD in the future. This paper aims to provide a factual basis for carrying out relevant experiments in China, and to promote the application of this technology in the field of psychiatry. |
