The purpose of this article is to explore the ethical and psychological issues of surrogacy. Surrogacy raises many complex, controversial and evolving issues in law, science, ethics, and public policy. Surrogacy is not only related to the most intimate and deepest personal aspects of family life, but also related to important public affairs that promote and protect the best interests of disadvantaged groups such as children, women and minorities. |
