| 本文目的是通过报道1例奥氮平致呃逆,以引起临床对此不良反应的关注。1例47岁男性癫痫性精神障碍患者,既往无重大躯体疾病史及呃逆病史,在应用丙戊酸钠缓释片0.5g,每日2次及卡马西平0.2g,每日2次基础上,加用奥氮平10mg/d 4天后出现持续性呃逆,停用奥氮平2天后,呃逆消失。再次应用奥氮平7天(奥氮平剂量增至10mg/d 1天)后又出现持续性呃逆,停用奥氮平2天后,呃逆又消失,期间丙戊酸钠缓释片及卡马西平剂量未变,提示系奥氮平所致呃逆。 |

| A case of hiccups caused by olanzapine is reported in this paper,so as to arouse clinical concerns on this adverse reaction.A 47-year-old male patient with mental disorder in epilepsy,who had no previous history of major physical disease or hiccup, In the application of sodium valproate sustained-release tablets 0.5g, 2 times daily and carbamazepine 0.2g, twice daily , Adding olanzapine 10 mg/d ,developedpersistent hiccup after treatment with olanzapine for 4 days, The hiccup disappeared after 2 days of withdrawal of olanzapine. Persistent hiccup occurred 7 days after Olanzapine was reapplied(Olanzapine increased to 10 mg/d 1 day later). The Hiccup disappeared after 2 days of withdrawal of Olanzapine . The dosage of Sodium Valproate sustained-release tablets and carbamazepine remained the same.This results indicate Shiccups is caused by olanzapine. |
