| 考察强迫症患者前瞻记忆功能缺损情况，并进一步考察强迫症患者未患病一级亲属的前瞻记忆功能，以验证前瞻记忆作为强迫症内表型的潜在可能。方法 选择25例年龄、受教育程度、性别、智商、婚姻状况相匹配的健康对照、25例强迫症患者和25例强迫症患者一级亲属，进行多试次设计的标准化前瞻记忆任务，将被试的正确反应率作为前瞻记忆功能的指标。结果 与健康对照组相比，强迫症患者组在基于事件和基于时间的前瞻记忆任务中的正确率均低于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义[(0.74±0.24) vs. (0.88±0.13), d=-0.140, P=0.044; (0.77±0.21) vs. (0.93±0.10), d=-0.164, P=0.011]，强迫症患者一级亲属组在基于事件的前瞻记忆任务中的正确率也低于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义[(0.73±0.20) vs.(0.88±0.13), d=-0.144, P=0.036]。结论 强迫症患者前瞻记忆缺损较广泛，且前瞻记忆可能是强迫症的一种内表型。 |

| Objective To investigate the prospective memory deficits of obsessive-compulsive disorder patients, and to further investigate the prospective memory function of unaffected first-degree relatives of obsessive-compulsive disorder patients to verify the potential of prospective memory as an internal phenotype of obsessive-compulsive disorder. Methods The 25 healthy control subjects, 25 OCD patients and 25 unaffected first-degree relatives (UFDR) matched for age, education, gender, IQ and marriage status were recruited. The standardized prospective memory paradigm with a multi-trial design was conducted and accuracy was used as an indicator of prospective memory function. Results OCD patients group had lower accuracy in both of the event-based prospective memory task and time-based prospective memory task [(0.74±0.24) vs. (0.88±0.13), d=-0.140, P=0.044; (0.77±0.21) vs. (0.93±0.10), d=-0.164, P=0.011] compared with the healthy control group. The UFDR group had lower accuracy in the event-based prospective memory task [(0.73±0.20) vs.(0.88±0.13), d=-0.144, P=0.036]. Conclusion OCD has extensive prospective memory deficit and prospective memory is an endophenotype of OCD, which means the prospective memory plays an important role in the occurrence and development of OCD. |
