      目的 了解江门市中学生非自杀性自伤行为(NSSI)的流行病学特征及影响因素。方法 于2020年11-12月,分层随机抽取江门市4所中学共1220名学生作为研究对象,采用自编量表、中学生应对方式量表、Olweus被欺凌问卷(BVQ-R)、青少年社会支持量表(SSSA)、流调用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)进行问卷调查,运用t检验、?2检验及回归分析等对收集数据进行统计分析。结果 过去1年内,江门市中学生NSSI的检出率为16.72%,女生(?2=22.162)、初中生(?2=7.247)、同伴关系差(?2=45.787)、学习成绩差者(?2=25.097)NSSI检出率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组相比,NSSI组CES-D评分更高(t=-14.240,P<0.01),校园欺凌量表的语言欺凌和关系欺凌因子评分更高(?2=29.785,16.465,P<0.01),SSSA评分更低(t=9.238,P<0.01),应对方式量表的问题应对因子评分更低(t=7.148,P<0.01),情绪应对因子评分更高(t=-7.038,P<0.01);回归分析显示,抑郁及被欺凌对NSSI具有正向预测作用(OR=1.085,2.079,P<0.01)。结论 江门市中学生NSSI形势严峻,抑郁、校园欺凌、社会支持和应对方式对中学生NSSI的发生有不同程度的影响。

      【Abstract】Objective To investigate epidemiological characteristics and factors influencing Non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI)behaviors among middle school students in Jiangmen. Methods From November to December2020,using stratified random sampling,1,220 students from 4 middle schools in Jiangmen were selected as the research objects.Use General Situation Scale (self-edited)、The Coping Style Scale for Middle School Students、The Olweus Bullying Questionnaire (BVQ-R), Social Support Scale for Adolescents (SSSA),Center for Epidemio-logical Studies-Depression Scale (CES-D )for assessment. t test、?2test and logistic regression were used for data analysis. Results In the past year, the detection rate of NSSI among middle school students in Jiangmen was 16.72%, girls (?2=22.162,P<0.01),the junior school students(?2=7.247,P<0.01), students with poor peer relationship and poor academic performance is higher (?2=45.787, 25.097,P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the NSSI group had higher CES-D score(t=-14.240,P<0.01),suffered more verbal bullying and relationship bullying (?2=29.785,16.465,P<0.01),had lower SSSA score(t=9.238,P<0.01),used less problem-oriented coping styles(t=7.148,P<0.01), more emotion-oriented coping styles(t=-7.038,P<0.01)。Regression analysis showed that depression and school bullying had a positive predictive effect on NSSI(OR=1.085,2.079,P<0.01). Conclusion Non-suicidal self-injury behaviors of middle school students are serious, and coping styles, school bullying, social support, and depression have varying degrees of influence on the occurrence of NSSI.
