This article reviews the non-drug intervention methods of perimenopausal depression patients at home and abroad in the past 10 years, and predicts the future research direction, to provide a reference for clinical treatment and nursing. The occurrence of perimenopausal depression not only has a significant impact on patients themselves but also reduces their quality of life. Severe cases will affect family harmony, neighborhood relations, and even the harmony of the whole society. Non-drug intervention has the characteristics of high safety and relatively low cost. This article expounds on the non-drug intervention measures of perimenopausal depression, such as music therapy, dietary supplement therapy, exercise therapy, acupuncture therapy, and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy. |
