| 目的 探析儿童行为问题与儿童被忽视、心理弹性的关系.方法 采用分层整群随机抽样法抽取某县430名小学生为研究对象,采用《Rutter儿童行为问卷（父母版）》、《儿童被忽视量表》（CNS）、《青少年心理弹性量表》（RSCA）分别测查儿童问题行为、儿童被忽视程度以及儿童心理弹性能力.结果 儿童行为问题的检出率为25.2％.Rutter总分与安全忽视、交流忽视、躯体忽视、情感忽视呈显著正相关（r=0.163 ～0.350）,与情绪控制、家庭支持、人际协助呈显著负相关（r=-0.243 ～-0.134）.结论 儿童行为问题与儿童被忽视、心理弹性密切相关,尊重儿童、同时培养其抗压能力可能会减少行为问题的发生. |

| Objective To explore the relationship among child neglect, resilience and childhood behavior prol）lems. Methods 430 schoolchildren were recruited by the stratified random sampling method. They were investigated with the Rutter S（ale, Child Neglct Scale and Resilience Scale. Results The prevalence of childhood behavior disorders was 25.2%. The total score of Rutter scale was positively related to sat}e neglect, communion neglect, body neglcet, emotional negleet scores, but negatively relevant to emotional con- trol, family support and help - seeking scores. Conclusion The childhood behavioral issues are related to child neglect aim resilienee. Paying more attention to the needs of children and improve their resilience may help to reduce the rate of behavioral problems. |
