| 目的 探讨4.20芦山地震后1周、1月0～4岁婴幼儿情绪行为反应动态变化,为灾后婴幼儿心理干预提供参考依据.方法 于震后1周、1月,采用方便抽样方法抽取芦山县城、龙门乡、清仁乡、双石乡等地0～4岁婴幼儿及其看护人共107对,采用自编婴幼儿症状评定问卷进行心理测量并提供心理辅导.结果 在调查的16项症状中,除“吸手指头”、“尿床”、“大小便失禁、便秘”、“说话困难”外,其余12项症状震后1月评分较1周高,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 芦山震后1月较震后1周0～4岁婴幼儿情绪和行为反应更明显. |

| Objective Investigated the emotional and behavioral changes of infants aged from 0 to 4 years old after one week and one month of the 4.20 Lushan earthquake. The study aimed to provide practice guidance to post - disaster psychological intervention of infants. Methods 107 infants who lived in the LuShan urban area, Longmen township, Qingren township and Shuangshi township were selected in the current research with convenience sampling method. We adopted the self - made infant symptom assessment question- naire, and also provided subsequent targeted psychological intervention. Results @There were 12 out of 16 investigated symptoms were more obvious after one month than one week （P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion The infants who had experienced Lushan earthquake for one month shown more emotional and behavioral symptoms |
