| 【摘要】 目的 了解成年男性服刑人员的神经质人格、人际关系敏感和社会支持的现状以及三者之间的关系，为对其进行有针对性的心理健康教育提供参考。 方法 于 2017 年 5 月 - 10 月随机抽取山东省某市周边两所监狱中的 244 名成年男性服刑人员，采用症状自评量表(SCL - 90)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ) 和社会支持评定量表(SSRS) 调查其人际关系敏感状况、神经质人格特征和社会支持情况。 结果 ①男性服刑人员 EPQ 神经质维度评分、SCL - 90 人际关系敏感评分、SSRS 评分与全国常模比较，差异均有统计学意义(t = - 7. 86 ~ 16. 54,P 均 < 0. 01)。 ②依次检验回归系数显示，成年男性服刑人员的人际关系敏感 对社会支持的影响通过神经质人格实现 [加入中介变量前 (β = - 0. 164, P = 0. 034 );加入后, (β = - 0. 237,P = 0. 133)]。 结论 成年男性服刑人员的神经质人格较为典型，人际关系较为敏感；神经质人格在社会支持和人际关系敏感中起中介作用? |

| Objective To investigate the neurotic personality, interpersonal sensitivity and social support of adult male prisoners and the relationship among them, and to provide references for targeted mental health education. Methods From May to October 2017, a total of 244 adult male prisoners from two prisons in Shandong province were randomly selected. The Symptom Checklist 90 ( SCL - 90 ) , Eysenck Personality Questionnaire ( EPQ ) and Social Support Rating Scale ( SSRS) were adpoted as assessments. Results ①Compared with the national norm, neuroticism of EPQ, interpersonal sensitivity of SCL - 90 and SSRS scores of the study group were significantly different ( t = - 7. 86 ~ 16. 54, P < 0. 01 ) . ②Test the regression coefficients in turn showed that the influence of interpersonal sensitivity on social support was achieved through neuroticism. Neuroticism had a significant mediating effect between interpersonal sensitivity and social support [ before adding mediation variables ( β = - 0. 164, P = 0. 034) , after adding mediation variables ( β = - 0. 237, P = 0. 133 ) ] . Conclusion Neurotic personality characteristic of adult male prisoners is typical. Neuroticism plays an intermediary role in social support and interpersonal sensitivity. |
