本文目的是围绕雌激素对抑郁障碍影响的研究进展进行综述，为研究雌激素在抑郁障碍发病机制中的作用提供参考。已有研究表明，雌激素对神经具有保护作用，本文在此研究基础之上，就雌激素可能通过下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺素轴（HPA）、下丘脑-垂体-甲状腺轴（HPT）对抑郁障碍产生影响的研究进行综述，探讨其在抑郁障碍发病机制中的作用。

英文摘要:

The purpose of this paper is to review the research progress of estrogen on depression disorder, and to provide reference for studying the role of estrogen in the pathogenesis of depression disorder. Estrogen has been proved to have neuroprotective effects in previous studies, based on this, the paper will review the research progress on the possible influence of estrogen on depressive disorder through the hypothalamic - pituitary - adrenalin axis (HPA) and hypothalamic - pituitary - thyroid axis (HPT), and discuss its possible role in the pathogenesis of depressive disorder.
