| 本文通过对细胞色素P4502E1（CYP2E1）及其基因多态性与酒精依赖的关系进行综述，以期为酒精依赖的早期干预提供参考。本文介绍了与酒精依赖相关的CYP2E1基因多态性以及与CYP2E1相关的酒精性疾病，在中国知网、万方、PubMed数据库检索相关文献，总结当前研究可能存在的不足，为后续研究提供参考。 |

| The purpose of this paper was to review the relationship between cytochrome P4502E1 (CYP2E1) and its gene polymorphism and alcohol dependence, in order to provide reference for the early intervention of alcohol dependence. This paper introduced the alcohol dependence related CYP2E1 gene polymorphism and the CYP2E1 related alcoholic diseases. Relevant literatures on CNKI, Wanfang and PubMed databases were searched to summarize the possible deficiencies of current studies, so as to provide reference for the follow-up research. |
