| 目的 探讨康复期双相障碍躁狂患者病耻感水平与服药依从性的关系，为改善患者服药依从性提供参考。方法 连续抽取2018年3月-2019年3月在大连市第七人民医院住院的符合《国际疾病分类（第10版）》（ICD-10）诊断标准的康复期双相障碍躁狂患者114例。于出院时采用精神病患者病耻感评估量表（SSPMI）测量患者的病耻感水平，在出院1个月、3个月时，采用门诊复诊或电话随访的方式收集患者的服药依从性数据。结果 出院时，患者SSPMI总评分（27.61±3.39）分。患者出院1个月后，服药不依从15例（13.16%）；出院3个月后，服药不依从20例（17.54%）。SSPMI总评分和与出院1个月、3个月服药依从性评分均呈正相关（r=0.368、0.448，P均<0.01）。结论 随着出院时间延长，康复期双相障碍躁狂患者的服药依从性下降，患者的病耻感水平越高，服药依从性越差。 |

| Objective To explore the relationship between stigma level and medication compliance of bipolar disorder manic patients during rehabilitation, so as to provide references for improving medication compliance of patients.Methods A total of 114 patients with bipolar disorder in rehabilitation who met the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) and were hospitalized in Dalian Seventh People’s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were recruited. The level of stigma was measured by the Scale of Stigma in People with Mental Illness (SSPMI) when patients were discharged from hospital, and medication compliance data were collected by outpatient follow-up or telephone follow-up at 1 month and 3 months after discharge.Results At discharge, the SSPMI score of the patients was (27.61±3.39). One month after discharge, 15 patients (13.16%) did not follow the prescribed medication. Three months after discharge, 20 patients (17.54%) did not follow the prescribed medication. SSPMI score was positively correlated with scores of medication compliance at 1 month and 3 months after discharge (r=0.368， 0.448, P<0.01).Conclusion With the extension of discharge time, the medication compliance of bipolar disorder manic patients in rehabilitation period decreased, and the higher the level of stigma, the worse the medication compliance. |
