      【】 目的 探讨经抗精神病药物治疗后病情稳定的慢性精神分裂症患者认知功能的特点及其与静息态脑镜像同伦功能连接(voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity,VMHC)之间的相关性。方法 选取15例慢性精神分裂症患者(患者组)和15名健康志愿者(对照组),采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评估患者的精神症状,采用可重复的神经心理状态评定量表(RBANS)评估两组被试的认知功能。患者组与对照组均进行静息态功能磁共振(rs-fMRI)扫描,应用基于VMHC方法进行数据分析,采用独立样本t检验比较组间差异,并计算患者组与对照组差异脑区VMHC值与RBANS及PANSS量表各项评分的相关性。结果 与对照组相比,患者组在即刻记忆(t=-2.853,P=0.008)、视觉空间/结构(t=-2.107,P=0.044)、言语功能(t=-5.576,P=0.000)、注意(t=-7.108,P=0.000)及总分(t=-5.354,P=0.000)均显著低于对照组。 与对照组相比,患者组左侧枕上回及右侧楔叶VMHC值降低(P<0.05)。患者组左侧枕上回(r=0.612,P=0.015)及右侧楔叶(r=0.612,P=0.015)VMHC值均与RBANS中视觉空间/结构呈正相关,而与PANSS各项评分均无相关性。结论 在静息状态下,慢性精神分裂症患者左侧枕上回及右侧楔叶双侧半球间的镜像同伦连接存在异常,且与视觉空间/结构功能有相关性。

      【】 Objective To investigate the characteristics of cognitive function and its relationship with resting-state voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC) in chronic schizophrenia patients. Methods 15 chronic schizophrenia patients (patient group) and 15 healthy volunteers (control group) were selected. The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS) was used to evaluate the patients" mental symptoms, and Repeatable Neuropsychological State Rating Scale (RBANS) was used to evaluate the cognitive function of the two groups. The resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) scanning was performed in both groups. The rs-fMRI data was analyzed by VMHC method, and the VMHC maps of the two groups were compared using two sample t test. Pearson correlation analysis was performed between VMHC values of statistical different brain regions and scores of RBANS and PANSS scales.Results Compared with the control group, the scores of patient group in immediate memory (t=-2.853,P=0.008), visual space/structure (t=-2.107,P=0.044), speech function (t=-5.576,P=0.000), attention (t=-7.14, P=0.000) were significantly lower. The VMHC values of the left superior occipital gyrus and the right cuneus in patient group decreased(P<0.05) comparing with the control group. The VMHC values of the left superior occipital gyrus (r=0.612,P=0.015) and the right cuneus (r=0.612,P=0.015) were positively correlated with the visual space/structure in RBANS scale, but had no correlation with PANSS scores.Conclusions In patients with chronic schizophrenia, the VMHC in left superior occipital gyrus and the right cuneus is abnormal in resting state, and the VMHC values of the regions with obvious differences between the two groups correlate to visual space/structure function significantly.
