| 精神分裂症是一种严重的精神疾病，主要依赖药物治疗。近年来，随着虚拟现实（VR）技术的快速发展，其在精神科领域作为新的治疗方式受到了广泛关注。本综述的目的是探讨VR技术在精神分裂症治疗中的应用，并总结其局限性和未来的研究方向。通过回顾国内外关于使用VR技术治疗精神分裂症的随机对照实验，评估其治疗效果。研究发现，VR技术在治疗精神分裂症的幻听症状、认知功能、压力管理和情绪控制、社会功能恢复等领域具有积极作用。这不仅对相关领域的研究者有参考价值，未来也将推动VR技术在精神分裂症治疗中的应用和发展。 |

| Schizophrenia is a severe mental illness that mainly relies on medication. In recent years, with the rapid development of virtual reality (VR) technology, it has received widespread attention as a new treatment modality in the field of psychiatry. The purpose of this review is to explore the application of VR technology in the treatment of schizophrenia, and to summarize its limitations and future research directions. By reviewing randomized controlled trials on the use of VR technology in the treatment of schizophrenia at home and abroad, its therapeutic effect is evaluated. The research found that VR technology has a positive effect in the treatment of hallucinations, cognitive function, stress management and emotional control, and social function recovery in schizophrenia. This not only has reference value for researchers in related fields, but will also promote the application and development of VR technology in the treatment of schizophrenia in the future. |
