| In this paper, we report a total of 16 metacognitive group training sessions for 8 weeks in three patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia, which realizes the preliminary study of metacog-nitive training for the delusional symptoms of murder in patients with treatment-resistant schizo-phrenia in the context of Chinese culture. PANSS, DACOBS, PSYRAT, MAS-A and other scales were evaluated before and after treatment. The results showed that the mental symptoms and cog-nitive function of the three patients were improved to varying degrees. Through this case report, the purpose of this case study is to explore the application of MCT in patients with treatment-resistant schizophrenia, provide treatment ideas for the improvement of delusional symptoms of treatment-resistant schizophrenia, and promote comprehensive recovery. |
