| 目的 研究心理社会功能指标与青少年抑郁障碍患者常用疗效指标相关性。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年4月本院收治的60例青少年抑郁症患者作为观察组，60例健康体检者作为对照组，应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表、简明生活质量与满意度问卷（Quality of Life Enjoyment and Satisfaction Questionnaire Short Form, Q-LES -Q-SF）、席汉残疾量表（Sheehan Disability Scale, SDS）、功能失调性态度量表（Dysfunctional Attitude Scale, DAS）和心理社会功能量表（Psychosocial Functioning Questionnaire, PFQ）进行评估。结果 Q-LES-Q-SF、DAS、SDS量表与PFQ间均存在较强的相关性，且Q-LES-Q-SF评分与主观幸福感相关性最高，DAS评分与心理认知相关性最高，SDS评分与社会功能相关性最高。结论 PFQ各维度与青少年抑郁症多项疗效指标均存在明显相关性，能够为临床青少年抑郁症患者的诊治提供更便捷的评估工具。 |

| Object: To study the correlation between psychosocial function indicators and commonly used efficacy indicators in adolescent depression patients. Methods 60 adolescent depression patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 60 healthy individuals were selected as the control group. The Hamilton Depression Scale, Concise Quality of Life and Satisfaction Questionnaire (Quality of Life Enjoyment and Satisfaction Questionnaire Short Form, Q-LES -Q-SF), Sihan Disability Scale (Sheehan Disability Scale, SDS), Dysfunction Attitude Scale (Dysfunctional Attitude Scale, DAS) and Psychosocial Function Questionnaire (Psychosocial Functioning Questionnaire, PFQ) were used for evaluation. Results There is a strong correlation among the Q-LES-Q-SF, DAS, SDS scales and the PFQ. The Q-LES-Q-SF score has the highest correlation with subjective well-being. The DAS score has the highest correlation with psychological cognition. The SDS score has the highest correlation with social function. Conclusions There is a significant correlation between various dimensions of PFQ and multiple efficacy indicators of adolescent depression, which can provide a more convenient evaluation tool for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical adolescent depression patients. |
