| 本文报道了1例早发型阿尔茨海默病患者长期规律服用抗痴呆药物治疗效果欠佳，在联合认知康复训练后，其认知功能得到了一定的改善。其中认知康复训练的主要方式是作业治疗联合计算机认知矫正治疗。通过对该例患者的报道，探索认知康复训练在阿尔茨海默病患者中的应用，以期为阿尔茨海默病患者认知康复提供治疗参考。 |

| In this paper, a patient with early-onset Alzheimer"s disease who had been regularly treated with anti-dementia drugs for a long time was not effective, and his cognitive function was improved to some extent after combined cognitive rehabilitation training. The main way of cognitive rehabilitation training is occupational therapy combined with computer cognitive correction therapy. Through the report of this patient, the application of cognitive rehabilitation training in patients with Alzheimer"s disease was explored, in order to provide treatment reference for cognitive rehabilitation of patients with Alzheimer"s disease. |
