【】 背景 校园欺凌事件层出不穷,青少年抑郁症患者非自杀性自伤的高发生率越来越受到大家关注,但很多家长都没能意识到自己的重要性。 目的 探讨校园被欺凌经历与非自杀性自伤之间的关系以及家庭功能是否在校园欺凌和经验性回避间起调节作用,为后续家庭功能在哪些环节改善可以减少个体经验性回避以及非自杀性自伤的研究打下基础。方法 随机选取2024年01月-2024年11月于潍坊市精神卫生中心门诊就诊青少年抑郁症患者为研究对象,共纳入306位被试,采用横截面研究,运用PROCESS宏程序进行中介及调节效应分析。结果 (1) 校园欺凌与非自杀性自伤呈显著正相关,与经验性回避呈显著正相关;(2) 经验性回避与非自杀性自伤呈显著正相关;(3) 经验性回避在青少年抑郁症患者经历的校园欺凌与非自杀性自伤之间起部分中介作用;(4) 家庭功能在校园欺凌与经验性回避之间起到显著的调节作用。结论 校园被欺凌经历可显著正向预测非自杀性自伤行为,家庭功能在校园欺凌和经验性回避间起调节作用。 |

【】 Background School bullying incidents emerge one after another, and the high incidence of non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents with depression has attracted more and more attention, but many parents fail to realize their importance. Objective This study explores the relationship between experiences of school bullying and non-suicidal self-injury, as well as whether family function plays a moderating role between school bullying and experiential avoidance. It lays the foundation for subsequent research on which aspects of family function improvement can reduce individual experiential avoidance and non-suicidal self-injury. Methods A total of 306 adolescents with depression who were treated in the outpatient department of Weifang Mental Health Center from January 2024 to November 2024 were randomly selected as the research objects. A cross-sectional study was conducted and PROCESS macro was used to analyze the mediating and moderating effects. Results (1) School bullying was significantly positively correlated with non-suicidal self-injury, and significantly positively correlated with experiential avoidance. (2) There was a significant positive correlation between empirical avoidance and non-suicidal self-injury; (3) Experiential avoidance partially mediated the relationship between school bullying and non-suicidal self-injury experienced by adolescent depressed patients. (4) Family function played a significant moderating role in the relationship between school bullying and experiential avoidance. Conclusion The experience of school bullying was significantly positive predictive of non-suicidal self-injury, and family function played a moderating role in the relationship between school bullying and empirical avoidance. |
