      目的 探讨尿液阿尔茨海默相关神经丝蛋白(Alzheimer- associated neuronal thread protein, AD7c-NTP)在体检人群的分布及常见代谢性指标与其含量的相关性。方法 选取四川省科学城医院与绵阳市第三人民医院体检者1150例,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测尿AD7c-NTP,常规方法测定血生化指标。收集体检者人口学指标和神经系统相关检查。结果 体检者尿液AD7c-NTP浓度中位值0.60 (0.30,1.20) ng/ml,男0.84 ng/ml,女1.04 ng/ml,最高9.10 ng/ml,女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(z =4.202,P<0.01)。<1.5ng/ml者956例,中位值0.50(0.30,0.90);≥1.5ng/ml者194例,中位值2.10(1.70,2.10);尿液AD7c-NTP浓度除与年龄(r=0.184, P<0.01,Y=-0.1871+0.01663X)外,与其它人口学指标及相关神经系统疾病等无相关性;AD7c-NTP正常组和升高组的血糖 (t/z =3.506, P<0.01)、血尿酸 (t/z =2.574, P<0.05)、血尿素氮 (t/z =2.891, P<0.05)、总胆红素(t/z =3.936, P<0.01)、谷草转氨酶(t/z =0.969, P<0.05)、总胆固醇(t=3.956, P<0.01)、低密度脂蛋白(t/z =-5.678, P<0.01)差异有统计学意义;女性(n=556)尿AD7c-NTP与血UA值相关性具统计学意义(r=0.148,P<0.01,Y=0.09313+0.003098X),男性未观察到。结论 尿AD7c-NTP值与年龄相关,女性尿AD7c-NTP值和血尿酸水平相关,预防认知功能障碍,早发现阿尔茨海默病,需加强血尿酸值监控。

      Objective To investigate the distribution of Alzheimer-associated neurofilament protein (Alzheimer-associated neuronal thread protein, AD7c-NTP) in urine of physical examination population and the correlation between common metabolites and urine AD7c-NTP content. Methods A total of 1150 physical examination patients were enrolled from the Physical Examination Center of Science City Hospital and the Third Hospital Of Mianyang ,Sichuan Province. The urinary AD7c-NTP were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and common metabolites in blood were measured by biochemical analyzer routinely. Results The median of urinary AD7c-NTP level in physical examination patients was 0.60 (0.30, 1.20) ng/ml, There was significant difference in the highest AD7c-NTP concentration between male and female (z =4.202,P<0.01), female were higher than male. 956 cases with <1.5ng/ml, median 0.50(0.30,0.90), 194 cases with ≥ 1.5ng/ml, median 2.10(1.70,2.10) ; Urine AD7c-NTP concentration was not correlated with other demographic indexes and related nervous system diseases, except for age (r ≥ 0.184, P < 0.01, Y=-0.1871+ 0.01663X). There were significant differences in blood glucose (t/z = 3.506, P<0.01), serum uric acid ( t/z=2.574, P<0.01), blood urea nitrogen (t/z = 2.891, P<0.01), Total Bilirubin total (t/z =3.956, P<0.01),Aspartate aminotransferase (t/z =0.969, P<0.05),cholesterol (t =3.956, P<0.01) and low density lipoprotein (t =-5.678, P<0.01) between normal and elevated groups. The correlation between urinary AD7c-NTP and blood UA was statistically significant in women (r=0.148, P<0.01, Y=0.09313 +0.003098X), but not observed in males. Conclusion Urine AD7c-NTP value is related to age, female urine AD7c-NTP value is related to serum uric acid level, prevention of cognitive impairment, early detection of Alzheimer-associated disease, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of blood uric acid value.
