| 本文目的是对儿童青少年非自杀性自伤（nonsuicidal self-injury,NSSI）的研究现状进行综述，为儿童青少年NSSI行为的认识与干预提供参考。NSSI行为是自杀的独立危险因素，不仅严重威胁到儿童青少年的心理健康，而且也给家庭及社会带来了极大的负担。本文通过对儿童青少年NSSI行为的流行病学、病因学、与其他精神疾病之间的关系以及治疗进行阐述。 |

| The purpose of this paper is to review the research status of non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI) in children and adolescents in recent years, so as to provide some reference for improving the awareness and intervention of NSSI behavior in children and adolescents.??NSSI is an independent risk factor for suicide, which not only seriously threatens the mental health of children and adolescents, but also brings great burden to families and society.??In this paper, the epidemiology, etiology, relationship with other mental diseases and treatment aspects of NSSI behavior in children and adolescents are expounded. |
