      本文的目的是综述膳食炎症指数与精神障碍之间的关系,以期为精神障碍患者进行营养干预提供新的研究思路。精神疾病较高的致残率和难治愈性给家庭、社会带来巨大的经济负担、医疗压力。膳食营养对于精神疾病的康复至关重要,膳食炎症指数作为一种新型的测量食物促炎指数的指标,近年来研究发现其与精神疾病的发生发展密切相关,本文就膳食炎症指数的定义、测量及与精神疾病的关联性进行综述,旨在为精神疾病高风险患者的膳食干预提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      The incidence rate of mental diseases has increased year by year. The high disability rate and refractory nature have brought huge medical pressure and economic burden to society.and families. Dietary nutrition is very important for the rehabilitation of mental diseases. It can affect individual mental health through the intake of pro/anti-inflammatory factors. As a new indicator to measure food pro-inflammatory index, dietary inflammatory index has been found to be closely related to the occurrence and development of mental diseases in recent years, Therefore, this article reviews the definition, measurement and correlation with mental illness of dietary inflammatory index, in order to provide reference for dietary intervention in patients with high risk of mental illness.
