      背景 新冠肺炎疫情对青少年的学习和生活影响重大,导致其出现多种心理健康问题。对此,国内外学者围绕青少年心理健康主题开展了大量研究,但目前尚缺乏对这些研究的系统梳理与回顾。目的 了解国内外近三年新冠肺炎疫情下青少年心理健康的研究现状与发展趋势,把握当前该领域研究的热点与趋势,为后疫情时代下青少年心理健康研究与实践提供参考和方向。方法 检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science数据库,检索时限为2019年12月-2022年10月。运用Excel和CiteSpace对纳入的7 608篇文献的数量、作者、机构、国家和关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 国内外疫情下青少年心理健康相关研究的发文量总体呈先上升后下降的趋势;相较于国外,国内学者、机构之间的联系与合作还不够紧密;英文文献发文量前三位的国家分别为美国、英国与中国,中介中心性前三位的国家分别为突尼斯、喀麦隆与安圭拉;国内外学者均关注疫情下青少年的亲子关系与心理健康等主题;随着时间推移,国内外研究者从仅关注消极因素转向关注积极因素。结论 我国学者/机构间还需加强更多的国内和国际交流合作;国内外学者可以就共同关心的研究主题开展跨文化研究,并继续探索后疫情时代青少年的积极心理变化,推动相关理论研究和心理服务的发展。

      Background The pandemic situation in COVID-19 has a great impact on teenagers' study and life, resulting in a variety of mental health problems. In this regard, scholars at home and abroad have carried out a lot of research on the theme of adolescent mental health, but there is still a lack of systematic combing and review of these studies. Objective To understand the research status and development trend of adolescent mental health under the COVID-19 pandemic in recent three years at home and abroad, grasp the current research hotspots and trends in this field, and provide reference and direction for the research and practice of adolescent mental health in the post-epidemic era. Methods Two electronic databases, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science databases, were retrieved for literature published from December 2019 to October 2022. A total of 7,608 articles included, then the visualization analysis of the number of publications, authors, institutions, countries, and keywords were conducted based on Excel and CiteSpace software. Results Under the pandemic situation at home and abroad, the number of papers related to adolescent mental health generally increased at first and then decreased; Compared with foreign countries, the contact and cooperation between domestic scholars and institutions is not close enough; The top three countries in English literature are the United States, Britain and China, and the top three countries in intermediary center are Tunis, Cameroon and Anguilla; Scholars at home and abroad are concerned about the parent-child relationship and mental health of teenagers under the pandemic situation; With the passage of time, researchers at home and abroad have shifted from focusing only on negative factors to focusing on positive factors. Conclusion Chinese scholars/institutions need to strengthen more domestic and international exchanges and cooperation; Scholars at home and abroad can carry out cross-cultural research on research topics of common concern, continue to explore the positive psychological changes of teenagers in the post-pandemic era, and promote the development of related theoretical research and psychological services.
