Background Perinatal depression can have a serious negative impact on maternal and child physical health, such as affecting maternal role switching and identity, family relationships, etc., and seriously even causing maternal suicidal and infant killing behaviors, causing serious physical, psychological and economic burden to pregnant women and families. Therefore, how to build a hierarchical management model centered on maternal and integrating the joint participation of families, communities, and hospitals, and then achieving a full-scale management deserves further exploration. Objective To evaluate the effect of "Internet +" hospital-community-family trinity linkage management model on perinatal depression in pregnant women, In order to provide a reference for the clinical intervention of perinatal depression in pregnant women. Methods Pregnant women with Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) score > 9 in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Mianyang Third People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The two groups received routine nursing intervention in the pregnant women's school of obstetrics and gynecology outpatient department before delivery and in the study room of the department of obstetrics and gynecology after being admitted to the hospital for delivery, and were followed up until 42 days after delivery, and the study group implemented the "Internet +" hospital-community-family ternary linkage management on the basis of the control group. The Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale (PSQI), General Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) and nursing satisfaction scale were used to evaluate before intervention and 42 days after delivery. Results After intervention, the EPDS score and PSQI score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (F=42.823, 60.453, P<0.05), GQOLI-74 score and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group (F=198.902, χ2=5.165, P<0.05) . Conclusion "Internet +" hospital - community - family trinity linkage management model may help to reduce the incidence of perinatal depression, improve the quality of sleep and life, and increase the satisfaction of pregnant women. |
