Post-stroke anxiety disorder is one of the common psychological disorders after stroke, which significantly impacts patients' recovery and quality of life. Recent studies suggest that inflammation plays a role in the development of post-stroke anxiety disorders. The purpose of this study is to systematically review the association between post-stroke anxiety disorder and serum inflammatory markers. By searching and systematically reviewing relevant literature, reports on the association between post-stroke anxiety disorder and serum inflammatory markers were collected from multiple databases, both domestic and international. Ultimately, 13 articles were included. The results indicate a certain association between post-stroke anxiety disorder and serum inflammatory markers. The elevation of inflammatory marker levels may be related to the occurrence and severity of post-stroke anxiety disorder, but the specific mechanism requires further investigation. By delving into the interactions of inflammatory markers in post-stroke anxiety disorder, identifying the biological markers of post-stroke anxiety disorder, assistance can be provided for the diagnosis and treatment of post-stroke anxiety disorder. This will become an important direction for future research. |
