Shaohong ZOU is a Chief Physician, Doctor of Medicine, Professor, and doctoral supervisor. She serves as the Director of the Department of Clinical Psychology at the Xinjiang Uigur Municipal People's Hospital, the Director of the Quality Control Center for Psychosomatic Medicine in Xinjiang Uigur Autonomous Region, and the Director of the National Specialized Training Base for Psychiatrists.

She is a standing committee member of the Chinese Society of Psychiatry, Chinese Medical Association, the leader of the Rehabilitation Group of the Chinese Society of Psychiatry, Chinese Medical Association, and a committee member of the Chinese Society of Psychosomatic Medicine, the Chinese Medical Association. Additionally, she is the leader of the Tumor Psychosomatic Group of the Chinese Society of Psychosomatic Medicine, the Chinese Medical Association and a standing committee member of the Psychosomatic Medicine Professional Committee of the China Association for Mental Health. She also serves as a supervisor for the Clinical Psychology Registration Work Committee of the Chinese Psychological Society. Furthermore, Shaohong ZOU holds positions as the Psychosomatic Medicine Professional Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, the Xinjiang Medical Association Psychosomatic Medicine Professional Committee (Director), and the Xinjiang Psychological Health Association Psychosomatic Medicine Professional Committee (Director), and Vice Chairman of Chinese Society of Psychiatry, Xinjiang Medical Association.
