| Objective To find psychological traits of comorbod of Bipolar disorder and OCD for providing evidence of early diag-nosis of bipolar disorder. Methods The 138 patients were diagnosed OCD by CCMD-3( Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria of Mental Disease,third edition),and were assessed after and before switching with SCL-90 and MMPI and analyzed by SPSS18. 0. Results OCD symptoms(2. 51 ± 0. 83),depression(2. 69 ± 0. 88)and hostile(2. 56 ± 1. 07)were significant higher before switc-hing. OCD symptoms(2. 65 ± 1. 03),hostile(2. 60 ± 1. 30)and paranoid(2. 36 ± 0. 92)were significant higher after switching. The code type of patients were 2-4-7 and 2-3-4 before switching and 4-7-9 ,4-6-9 and 3-4-9 after switching. Conclusion The patients with bipolar disorder comorbid OCD show higher OCD symptoms and hostile both before and after switching by SCL-90. The Pd,Pt(4-7)was common trait of patients with bipolar disorder comorbid OCD by MMPI. |
