      The purpose of this article was to present the diagnosis and treatment plan of adjustment disorder comorbidity with physical illness through reporting procedure of treating and diagnosing case. The patient was a 36-year-old married woman with pigmentation on her face and neck after allergic dermatitis, resulting in self-reported differences in her appearance and beauty, followed by depression, self-abasement, lack of motivation to do things, social avoidance, mood instability and irritability, which seriously affected her daily social life and work. The patient was diagnosed with allergic dermatitis residual pigmentation comorbid with adjustment disorder. A biological-psychological-social intervention was recommended, including emphasis on counseling and exercise, taking NaSSA antidepressant mirtazapine to relieve anxiety, and using picosecond laser to lighten color spots. Psychotherapy recommendations included cognitive behavioral therapy and mindful stress reduction.
