English abstract:
The purpose of this study was to report the efficacy of low dose olanzapine in two patients with COVID-19 who developed impulsive and aggressive behaviors during isolation treatment. The two patients were a mother and daughter from one family, both have a history of contact in the epidemic area. In the process of isolation treatment, the two patients did not cooperate with the treatment and made verbal attacks on medical staff. After general psychological counseling, the above symptoms still remained unchanged, while its combination with olanzapine 1.25~2.50 mg/night treatment showed good effect, which stabilized patients’ mood and improved the treatment compliance degree with no side effects.
