      The purpose of this article is to summarize the experience of emergency command system construction in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in psychiatric hospital. This article refers to emergency command system practicing in Sichuan Mental Health Center (The Third Hospital of Mianyang) fighting against COVID-19 pandemic. It summarizes and reflects on the experience and lessons gained from the system establishment, intra-hospital procedures’ re-organization, strengthening of prevention and control education, implementation of mental intervention and so on, which can provide references for psychiatric hospitals in the establishment of decision-making support system for emergency response to emergent public health events.
