This article analyzed the features and psychological mechanism of health anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic based on cognitive behavior theory, and summarized the psychological intervention strategies from six dimensions: assessment, psychological education, cognitive reconstruction, change in focus of attention, acceptance of emotions and somatosensory, and behavior changes, thus providing references for professionals to perform psychological intervention on health anxiety individuals at the middle, late or end of the pandemic. |
