This article mainly introduced the concept, principle and function of noninferiority testing in clinical trials and the implementation of SAS for noninferiority testing of unary quantitative data in group design. The application of SAS software in the noninferiority testing was demonstrated through examples. The operation was based on the original quantitative data or the data structure of the given sample size, mean, and standard deviation. And it was also to explain the results and make conclusions. |
