      背景:抑郁症患者的失眠率高达90%。失眠可能导致抑郁症患者的复发、复燃甚至提高自杀风险,与抑郁症之间存在双向联系,早期睡眠症状的改善有助于进一步提高患者的疾病预后。运动作为一种安全、低成本且有效的干预方式,在提高情绪的同时,能够有效改善睡眠质量。团体运动因具有互动性及互助性,具有更高的可接受度。 目的:探讨团体运动干预治疗对急性期轻中度抑郁症患者睡眠情况的影响。 方法:纳入符合入排标准的轻中度抑郁症患者40名,在专业人员指导下进行为期 8 周的团体运动干预治疗,研究期间不给予其他干预措施。运动频率为3次/周,60min/次,运动强度为中等运动强度(7.5kal/kg/week-15kal/kg/week)。在基线,2 周末,4 周末,6 周末,8 周末使用量表评估受试者睡眠情况及情绪状态。通过混合效应模型,计算各个访视点相对于基线的减分值。 结果:急性期轻中度抑郁症患者通过8周团体运动治疗,PSQI(匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表)总分下降48.2%,HAMD-17(汉密尔顿17项抑郁量表)睡眠条目总分下降56.9%。患者自我评估的抑郁症状缓解程度也有显著改善,VAS(视觉模拟量表)分数提升59.74%。 结论:团体运动治疗能够有效改善急性期轻、中度抑郁症患者的睡眠症状。

      Objective: To explore the effect of group exercise therapy on sleep of patients with MDD (major depression disorder). Methods: 40 patients with mild to moderate MDD who met the inclusion criteria were included in the intervention of group exercise therapy for 8 weeks under the guidance of professionals, and no other intervention measures were given. The exercise frequency was 3 times /week, 60min/ time, and the exercise intensity was moderate (7.5kal/kg/week-15kal/kg/week). The sleep status and emotional state of the subjects were assessed by scales at baseline, 2, 4, 6 and 8 weekends. The subtractive value of each view point relative to the baseline was calculated by the mixed effects model. Results: In patients with acute mild to moderate MDD, the total score of PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale) decreased by 48.2% and the total score of HAMD-17 (Hamilton 17-item Depression Scale) decreased by 56.9% after 8-week group exercise intervention. There was also a significant improvement in patients' self-rated depressive symptom remission, with a 59.74% increase in the visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score. Conclusion: Group exercise therapy can effectively improve sleep symptoms in patients with acute mild and moderate depression.
