【】 Duloxetine hydrochloride is one of the commonly used antidepressants, its main mechanism of action is to inhibit the reuptake of serotonin and norepinephrine, increase the concentration of monoamine neurotransmitters in the synaptic space, and then play an antidepressant role, which is widely used in the clinical treatment of depression. In addition to gastrointestinal reactions and elevated blood pressure, the side effects occasionally cause the occurrence of anti-diuretic hormone secretion disorder syndrome (SIADH), which is easy to cause missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. This paper reports a case of duloxetine hydrochloride in the treatment of polydipsia caused by depression, in order to improve the early recognition of this rare adverse reaction caused by duloxetine hydrochloride. |
