| 背景 家庭因素在青少年抑郁障碍的发生、发展与转归中起重要作用。临床实践和研究发现心理剧团体可以促进个体的成长疗愈与关系修复,但目前少见心理剧团体针对抑郁障碍青少年父母家庭养育水平提升以促进青少年抑郁康复的研究报道。目的 探索基于家庭养育的心理剧团体对抑郁障碍青少年父母的影响。方法 采用目的抽样,于2023年10月-2024年3月从重庆医科大学附属第一医院精神科门诊中,筛选抑郁障碍青少年的父母亲,经知情同意后进行基于家庭养育的心理剧团体干预。干预后,对18名参与团体的父或母进行半结构式访谈并录音、逐字稿转录、编码,并采用内容分析法进行质性分析。结果 质性资料分析发现,基于家庭养育的心理剧团体对抑郁障碍青少年父母的影响,包括情绪状态改善、反思能力提升和应对方式改变三个方面。结论 初步发现基于家庭养育的心理剧团体对改善抑郁障碍青少年父母的情绪、认知和行为具有积极影响,对帮助父母应对孩子抑郁相关的现实情况提供了家庭养育方面的一定支持和努力方向。 |

| Background Family factors play an important role in the occurrence, development and outcome of adolescents with depressive disorder. Clinical practice and research have found that psychodrama can promote the growth, healing and relationship repair of individuals, but there are few researches and reports about psychodrama groups aiming at improving the family rearing of parents of adolescents with depression disorder to promote the recovery of adolescents with depression. Objective To explore the specific effects of psychodrama group based on family rearing on parents of adolescents with depressive disorders. Methods Purposive sampling was used to recruit the fathers or mothers of adolescents with depressive disorder from the psychiatric outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from October 2023 to March 2024, and psychodrama based on family parenting was conducted after informed consent. After the intervention, 18 parents in the group were interviewed in a semi-structured manner, recorded, transcribed, coded verbatim, and content analysis as was carried out as qualitative analysis method. Results According to the qualitative analysis, the effects of psychodrama based on family parenting on the parents of adolescents with depressive disorder include three aspects: improvement of emotional state, enhancement of reflective ability and change of coping style. Conclusion The preliminary findings show that psychodrama group based on family parenting has a positive effect on improving the mood, cognition and behavior of parents of adolescents with depressive disorder, and provides some support and direction of family parenting to help parents cope with the reality related to their children""s depression. |
